Jason R. Smith, President
Jason R. Smith, a seasoned IT professional with many years of IT experience in both the private and public sectors, heads our merry band of nerds. His love of technology began early in life. Among the computers he cut his teeth on were the Tandy TRS-80, Timex Sinclair 1000, and Commodore 64. Soon, his attention turned to the PC world.
Over the years, Jason has collected a broad base of experience. He has worked on various platforms – including IBM midrange machines such as the System/3x series and AS/400 (now iSeries), many flavors of Linux, and PC workstations and servers. Jason holds many industry certifications and remains committed to continually learning new things. Most notably, he is a Certified Document Imaging Architech (CDIA+), which proves highly useful as he specializes in assisting clients with workflow analysis and information auditing for regulatory compliance
At heart, Jason is a researcher. He spends his time away from work as an amateur historian and religious studies scholar with numerous publications and conference presentations under his belt. Jason puts his passion for investigation to work for clients, too. He loves building relationships with the organizations we serve and then finding the best and most cost-effective solutions to their unique problems.
